1. Miniaturized Inertial Navigation System Production Line

Established in 2010, this production line is the cornerstone of our system-level integration capabilities. We have pioneered a rapid-equipping technology platform specifically engineered for the miniaturization of complex inertial navigation units.

  • Core Competencies: The line encompasses a fully controlled process flow, including precision electrical welding, automated shafting alignment and debugging, micro-tolerance structural assembly, and comprehensive static calibration and testing.

  • Production Capacity: This facility has enabled the serial production of advanced systems such as Embedded Laser Inertial Navigation Systems (ELINS) and Integrated Fiber Optic Gyroscope (FOG)-based INS. The current production capacity stands at 2,000 inertial navigation systems annually.

  • Technological Edge: Our focus on process optimization from the outset allows for scalable, cost-effective production of compact and robust navigation solutions without compromising on performance.


2. High-Precision Laser Gyroscope Production Line

Since 2012, a strategic investment of USD 50 million has empowered this line to continuously break through the barriers in laser gyroscope design and manufacturing. We have successfully developed and transitioned a full portfolio of engineering-grade, high-precision laser gyroscopes from R&D to volume production.

  • Product Portfolio: We have established batch production for a standardized series of laser gyroscopes with resonator block sizes of 50, 70, 90, and 120 cm. This provides customers with a range of performance-to-size options.

  • Performance Specifications: The gyroscopes produced on this line demonstrate exceptional performance, with bias stability spanning from 0.0005°/h to 0.02°/h and scale factor comprehensive errors ranging from 1 ppm to 10 ppm, catering to both strategic and tactical-grade application requirements.

  • Manufacturing Scale: The line boasts an annual production capacity of 3,000 gyroscope axes, underpinned by rigorous process control and validation protocols.


3. Fiber Optic Gyroscope Production Line

Leveraging the robust and cost-competitive optoelectronics industrial cluster in the Wuhan region, we commissioned this dedicated Fiber Optic Gyroscope (FOG) production line in 2014. This strategic localization grants us unparalleled advantages in supply chain integrity, production efficiency, and cost control.

  • Mass Production Capability: This highly automated line has achieved a formidable annual production capacity of over 10,000 FOG axes, with a projected delivery volume exceeding 5,000 axes in 2024.

  • Superior Performance: The line specializes in the manufacture of high-precision FOGs. Our products consistently achieve a zero-bias stability of better than 0.001°/h and a scale factor comprehensive error of better than 10 ppm.

  • Industry Position: This consistent, high-volume output of performance-competitive FOGs positions our products at the forefront of the domestic Chinese industry and establishes a strong foundation for competition in the global inertial navigation market.
