Product Description

The MERAK-50S Fiber Optic Gyroscope (FOG) is a high-precision single-axis angular rate sensor based on the Sagnac optical effect. Using all-digital closed-loop detection technology, it delivers real-time angular velocity output exceeding 4 kHz via a serial interface. The MERAK-50S series is available in single-axis, dual-axis, and three-axis configurations, with multi-axis variants using a shared light source and processing circuitry for synchronous orthogonal axis measurements.
